Hello welcome to my tip of the day. It is about Notes app on iPhone and iPad.
I use Notes a lot I make lists and more on the app. I am sure you are using it too?! It is not only this reason, there is another way to use Notes app! What is it? Scan documents!
Open the note app, on the bottom right you create a new note.
On the bottom you will see icons, Tap on camera icon and it will say SCAN DOCUMENTS.
Make sure you have a contrast background for example dark floor or table. Camera will able to capture the document. A yellow border will appear once your camera is closer to the doc.
Once it has been captured, you can scan second or more papers.
It will save on your notes, you can share it via email or text. Or save to files and it will sync to iCloud.
Signature:
If you need to sign on your document pn iPhone, you can! Go ahead and open a document on notes, text or E-mail. Tap on the document, on top right you will see a pen look alike icon. It will pop up with various of pens, erase and more. On right you will see a + sign, tap on it and you will see signature there.
If you don’t have a signature, you can create new one. If you already have one, use it and adjust size to match the document.
It will save automatically.
You can also scan photos. Do same way as scan documents in the notes, but before you do this, you will see an icon on the top with three circles. Tap on it and you will see colors, Black and white, and photo. Let Camera capture the photo and save it on your phone.
**update** to use signature in another way
Tap on document and it will appear an icon with three dots on top right.
It will pop up a window from the bottom with some options you will see MARKUP with a pen icon.
Various of pens will appear, look to right you will see + , tap on it and you will see signature there.
Use your existing one or create a new signature using add.
